Carlskrona Stadshotell is currently seeking an engaged and service-oriented Receptionist for 50% of a full-time position, with the possibility of starting immediately. Here you will have the chance to be part of our team and contribute to ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register guests during check-in and check-out
- Provide personal service and information about the hotel and local attractions
- Handle bookings and administrative tasks in our booking system
- Manage telephone and email communication
- Serve alcohol, which is part of the role
Qualifications:
- Minimum 20 years of age (due to alcohol license requirements)
- Strong sense of service and responsibility
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the hotel or restaurant industry is an asset
Working Hours:
- Morning shift: 07:00–15:00
- Evening shift: 14:30–22:30
- Every other weekend
